Instructions for use :

Adults and children over 12 years of age:

Apply at least 2.5 cm of product to a soft bristle toothbrush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly, twice a day (morning and evening) and no more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by your dentist or doctor. Make sure you brush all sensitive areas of your teeth. Avoid swallowing the paste. Spit out after brushing your teeth.

If irritation occurs while using this product, discontinue use. Discontinue use and consult a dentist if:

 –  Sensitivity persists or worsens.
