Data of the World Health Organisation (WHO) indicates that Helicobacter pylori is present in 85% of the global population, without always manifesting specific symptoms. It is easy to be infected with Helicobacter pylori by using the spoon or cup, for example, of a contagious person. This airborne infection is transmitted through coughing, sneezing, kissing, and other secretion means. When an infection with Helicobacter pylori is diagnosed, treatment requires the intake of at least three concomitant medications. Unfortunately, however, these medications are not often successful in eliminating the infection, and the problem persists.
In Bulgaria, there is now an alternative treatment: Lactoflor Helico Protect—a special food supplement which acts in a natural manner to reduce levels of Helicobacter pylori in the stomach and helps alleviate inflammation.
